We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising. **KEY FIGURES** 2014 - Founded by two ex-Googlers 2018 - 16M total turnover & Internationalization & Getting growth 2021 - Fundraising round of 40M€ & +10 countries & +230 Seedtaggers **YOUR CHALLENGE** - Supporting our sales team with international and local clients, managing detailed pre-sales and post-campaign reports - Coordinating internal teams (design, product..) to develop new projects and deals, guaranteeing HQ results and setting a clear standard for the company - Setting up campaigns in our systems, monitoring its delivery and optimizing according to the client expectations and requirements - Managing both direct deals and programmatic ones, using a variety of tools and platforms for each channel - Coordinating with our publisher team to guarantee enough reach in key markets and offer a solid network to our clients - Sharing insights and useful information with our clients and agencies - Participating in client -online - meetings with our sales team and helping organizing the process from the set up phase until the invoicing **YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU** - Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the digital advertising sector - Have experience with managing local and global activations in the market - Have great command of Spanish, and good one of English - Have experience with trafficking, performance, programmatic buying, campaign management and/or planning - Are energetic, proactive and eager to work in a startup-like environment - Have great communication skills and knows how to work with different teams or departments - Are data-centered and used to work and process data with Excel / spreadsheets, or other data tools, using formulas and dynamic tables - Are available to start immediately and work full-time **OUR DNA** We are an AdTech family where innovative ideas and new ways to do things are welcome, we reject "that’s the way it’s always been done".
