A Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role that maps SAP’s Digital Supply Chain solutions to the specific requirements of prospects, supporting the selling of solutions and services. This role serves as a domain expert and spokesperson for our Digital Supply Chain portfolio, guiding customers through their digital transformation journey. You will leverage SAP’s comprehensive Digital Supply Chain solutions—including planning, logistics, manufacturing, inventory, and analytics—to demonstrate how our solutions can transform customer operations. You will be an essential part of our sales teams, focusing on a digital approach during solution evaluation and selection processes. **Key Responsibilities and Task** **Area 1: Deal Support** The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist plays a critical role in elevating SAP's presence and impact in customer engagements related to Digital Supply Chain. Your primary responsibilities include delivering compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of SAP’s supply chain solutions, tailored to executives and decision-makers. You will collaborate with Value Advisory Teams (VAT) to translate customer pain points into innovative narratives, emphasizing SAP’s value. Leading discovery sessions with prospects, you will ensure SAP solutions align with their strategic needs. Your intermediate knowledge of SAP’s Digital Supply Chain solutions, supported by relevant customer success stories, will establish credibility and trust. Utilizing advanced virtual tools, you will ensure impactful remote presentations, and contribute to shaping customer roadmaps, especially around digital transformation and cloud adoption. Post-sale, you will support smooth customer transitions and craft compelling narratives for key events and presentations. **Area 2: Demand Generation** As part of our demand generation efforts, you will leverage your understanding of SAP’s Digital Supply Chain solutions to help craft targeted content that resonates with prospects. Working closely with marketing and demand generation teams, your insights will ensure outreach that is relevant and compelling, helping to generate new opportunities. **Area 3: Digital Content** You will contribute to developing digital content tailored for customer-facing interactions, incorporating your knowledge of SAP’s Digital Supply Chain capabilities.
