As a L ogistics Coordinator , you will analyze and interpret data and provide information to aid in cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Track and trace 20–50 LTL shipments per day, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Make daily outbound calls (ramping to 50/day) to carriers and terminals for updates. Proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or delivery changes to customers. Enter and maintain shipment statuses in TMS and internal platforms. Liaise with carriers to resolve service issues, recoveries, and reschedules. Assist in scheduling pickups and coordinating with customer requirements. Escalate critical issues to internal teams or clients as needed. Mainta accurate records and documentation for all shipments. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do. Objective oriented. Problem solver. Very proactive person. Good customer service skills. Minimum requirements: Studies: Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics. Other studies are also considered. Experience: At least 1 or 2 years of experience working in LTL operations, logistics, tracking shipments or related. Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar. Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits. Location: Remote Colombia.
