Restaurant Management Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a talented team of culinary and service professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance - Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue - Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism - Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and special dining experiences - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe dining environment - Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality - Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally - Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences Qualifications: - 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or luxury dining establishments - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting - Excellent knowledge of food and beverage pairing, with a focus on Spanish and international cuisine - Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus - Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits: - Attractive incentive plan - Important discounts on hotel services - Discounts in Accor group hotels and collaborating companies
