Your Role: Associate – Finance Resposabilities: Sales Reporting & Analysis: Manage daily sales reports and reconcile sales data with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) on a monthly basis. Forecasting: Develop and maintain sales and OPEX forecast templates, updating them quarterly. Gross Margin Analysis: Administer and analyze monthly Gross Margin reports. Innovation Reporting: Administer and analyze innovation reports, providing insights into new product performance. Financial Planning & Analysis Support: Generate annual G2N (Go-to-Next) templates, manage monthly OPEX and Internal Order reports, participate in developing new FP&A reports, and support pricing projects. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): Education & Language: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Intermediate (B2) English proficiency. Essential Skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience in consumer goods within FP&A, Commercial Controlling, or Business Controlling; Python programming knowledge.
