Influencer Marketing Manager focused on Youtube Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. We are currently seeking a YouTube Influencer Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote role reporting directly to the company founders. In this position, you'll be responsible for identifying and building relationships with YouTube creators, managing influencer partnerships, overseeing product gifting and affiliate tracking, and driving channel and community engagement. Your efforts will directly support the brand's rapid growth, expand its presence across platforms, and elevate the voice of the brand. Responsibilities Manage and expand our YouTube influencer program, including identifying, negotiating, and onboarding creators via fixed fee and affiliate-based partnerships. Set up and track YouTube Shopping and affiliate commissions, and coordinate monthly influencer payments. Engage actively with influencers and creators across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook via comments, likes, and DMs. Comment on and engage with like-minded accounts and communities from the brand's profile to drive traffic and awareness. Collaborate with our advertising agency to share relevant influencer content for paid media usage. Create and manage creative briefs for influencer partnerships and ensure timely delivery of assets for product launches and key content moments. Collect and organize user-generated content (UGC), ensuring permissions and usage rights are properly documented. Edit and manage creator contracts, including scope, deliverables, and payments. Follow up to ensure timelines are met and integrations go live. Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and messages across YouTube and related platforms to foster engagement. Contribute to weekly performance reports and suggest optimizations with the marketing team. Stay updated on platform trends and develop expertise on our audience, products, and business model. Qualifications 3-5+ years of YouTube influencer management experience for a U.S.-based eCommerce brand, preferably in travel bags or accessories. Proven success in building and managing influencer relationships, including affiliate and fixed-fee deals. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable with spreadsheets, calendars, and systems. Familiarity with YouTube Shopping, affiliate marketing platforms, and creator tools. Proficiency with Slack (required), and experience with Asana, Zoom, Canva, and CapCut (preferred).
