The Role Responsibilities : - Build, scale, and manage the affiliate department across LATAM - Lead a team of 10+ and drive performance across all active markets - Develop and execute strategies for traffic growth via RevShare, Hybrid, and Fix models - Expand our affiliate network with top-tier partners, influencers, media buyers, SEO, and content sites - Analyze traffic data, optimize campaigns, and hit KPIs consistently - Oversee market launches, compliance, and localization with full ownership Ideal Profile Requirements : - 3+ years in affiliate or performance marketing with team leadership experience - Strong LATAM market knowledge — Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, etc. - Proven success launching and scaling affiliate programs - Solid network of partners and deep understanding of traffic flows and monetization models - Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, confident in English (Russian is a plus) - Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills What's on Offer? - Full remote freedom + flexible schedule - Budgets, tools, and a motivated team to back your moves - High-impact role with competitive salary and bonuses - A chance to lead, grow, and truly own LATAM affiliate success
