A Day in the Life As a passionate and dedicated Project Manager, you will lead diverse and complex projects to deliver key business strategies and initiatives. You will work across functions, departments, business units, and geographies, utilizing project management skills to shape our business. This role will be a remote position in Bogotá, Colombia. Main Responsibilities: - Apply strong project management skills to plan, initiate, monitor, track, and deliver service-related projects - Lead cross-functional teams for global Service projects, supporting customer-facing Service Programs and the Service Technical Training team - Develop and implement processes across Service to standardize and drive consistency - Partner with global teams to define, implement, and monitor processes and systems to improve delivery service for internal and external customers - Communicate project statuses, issues, and successes effectively with team members, stakeholders, and upper management - Meet milestones and deadlines in an autonomous environment - Apply broad business acumen, including financial modeling, ROI, and cost/benefit tools - Learn and apply a strong understanding of the Service business, products, and clinical applications Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - Fluent in English - Two to four years of experience in project management, leading complex projects and programs - Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel - PMP certification is advantageous
