We are looking for our next Distributor Sales Manager for the Enterprise ICT sector. In this role you will: Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the overall operation of distribution products in the region. - Be responsible for the development, management and operation (marketing, training and professional capability enhancement) of all distributors in the region. - Be responsible for the overall sales target of the distribution market. - Develop engineering salespeople and elite distribution partners. - Properly manage distributor inventory and develop reasonable and effective inbound and outbound sales policies and incentives. - Priority will be given to candidate with technical and sales experience. To success in this role, you need to: - Native Spanish speaker, fluent English is mandatory. - At least 5 years of experience in the ICT industry working on large projects in the technical sales area. - Understanding of core ICT products such as Datacom, optical, storage, among other technical background and familiarity with solutions from hardware vendors such as CISCO / DELL / HP / ARUBA. - Understand the distribution business, including but not limited to the customer/partner buying decision process. - Be familiar with distribution partner development skills and know how to build a distribution market system to support business development. - Have strong initiative, team spirit and hard work.
