We are seeking a proactive, highly creative, and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong passion for TikTok, User-Generated Content (UGC), and the beauty, fashion, and wellness industries. This role will support the Founder and Key Account Manager in leading UGC campaigns, managing social platforms, and driving innovative strategies to grow client brands. The ideal candidate is organized, deeply immersed in social media trends (especially TikTok), and able to manage multiple projects with confidence and creativity. Key Responsibilities: 1. UGC Campaign Support: Lead coordinating and managing User-Generated Content campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals. Find, vet, and onboard new UGC creators regularly. Support in developing creative strategies and video guidelines tailored to each creator involved in UGC campaigns to maximize engagement and brand visibility. Maintain ongoing communication and negotiations with creators to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery. Manage video editing direction with support of Adcker’s internal video editor. Handle all direct client communications regarding UGC approvals, feedback and edits. Proactively support the team in responding to internal communications related to UGC campaigns and other responsibilities. 2. TikTok and Social Media Strategy: Develop and present monthly TikTok strategies, staying ahead of trends and platform updates. Own and manage TikTok content edits with our video editor as well as posting schedule. Monitor TikTok analytics and provide weekly insights to enhance engagement. Be the team’s go-to expert on TikTok and UGC trends, always asking: “Why would someone like, comment, or share this?” Apply industry insights to enhance TikTok, UGC campaigns, and overall marketing strategies. 3. Community Management: Lead daily community management and posting across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Foster engagement by replying to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant audiences. Proactively grow and nurture online communities aligned with brand values. 4. Internal and External Communication: Handle all client communication with assigned clientele via email with professionalism and clarity. Support internal alignment through timely updates and coordination with the Digital Strategy team. Contribute to process improvements for campaign efficiency and documentation. 5. Sales and Branding Support: Assist in crafting proposals for potential clients and new business opportunities. Help in content ideation for Adcker's TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. Support weekly posting on all Adcker’s platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn (for both the company and Founder). 6. Reporting and Documentation: Compile end-of-month reports for client campaigns and internal performance when needed. Maintain clear records of campaign activity, performance metrics, and creator engagement. Identify key insights and areas for improvement based on campaign data.
