What You’ll Do Own Client Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with US-based clients, ensuring their recruitment needs in LATAM are met with excellence and care. Drive Recruitment Projects: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements. Grow the Business: Collaborate with our US sales team to identify new business opportunities, pitch tailored recruitment solutions, and help expand Horizons’ presence in the US market. Bridge Regions: Work closely with LATAM recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client expectations, leveraging your understanding of both markets. Advise & Guide: Provide clients with up-to-date market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic advice on hiring trends and best practices in LATAM. What We’re Looking For Recruitment Expertise: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, consulting, or client management—ideally in an agency setting. Regional Know-How: Deep understanding of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances. Relationship Builder: Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, especially with US-based clients. Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Business Developer: Experience identifying and securing new business, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
