Lead Generation Manager Location: Bogotá, Medellín or Barranquilla Work Mode: On-site 100% Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST (7am -5pm COL) Languages Required: Bilingual – English (B2+ - C1) and Spanish Role Mission: As the Lead Generation Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving demand generation and business growth. You will lead a team of Traffickers to execute high-performing digital campaigns aligned with client and agency goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement demand generation strategies using paid media, SEO, content marketing, and more. Oversee the Trafficker team to ensure campaign quality, lead generation effectiveness, and goal achievement. Collaborate with the Digital Director and other leads to align strategies with business objectives. Develop and execute testing plans to optimize campaign performance (segmentation, creatives, bidding, etc.). Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Mentor and support the professional development of the Trafficker team. Stay current with industry trends and share best practices to enhance team performance. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation. Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex campaigns. Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
