Responsibilities - Prepare and process Journal Entry for the monthly capitalization of the biological asset. - Prepare and process Journals of expenses that affect BS accrual accounts. - Perform manual journals that are specific to agriculture entities to ensure proper accounting. - Analyze expenditure variation for each area versus budget (AOP) and previous year. - Analyze detailed variations by type of expenditure, productive process and agricultural area. - Analyze the operational results for agriculture entities. - Proactively participate in the month-end close, reporting in accordance with the agreed internal and group timetable. - Ensure the completeness and the accuracy of financial reporting process. - Prepare / support preparation of management and statutory reporting information for the Agricultural Operation of Agavera. - Support discussions with the agriculture team and provide information vital for decision making. - Actively participate in business reviews, including generating relevant information and making slides to present to the agriculture team. Skills - Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business. - Understanding of financial statements and financial planning. - Ability to synthesize financial data into clear and actionable insights. - Strong communication and social skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP expertise is a plus). - Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
