About This Opportunity As a Clinical Education Specialist in Caribbean & Latin America ( CALA) you will be responsible for external clinical education programs for the ortho channel, to drive adoption of the Invisalign system, for Align Technology in LATAM. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities fall in three broad categories, but may not be limited to: Creation and maintenance of clinical education pathway and engagement activities for new and existing providers. Create and maintain clinical education resources and platforms for customers; Work collaboratively with Ortho Professional Managers and Local Marketers to drive cohesive approach to doctor engagement in treating patients with the Invisalign system and clinical education; Identify and coach new clinical speakers to drive educational programs. In this role, you will… Contribute to LATAM Educational Strategy & implementation; Work in collaboration with sales team on educational activities for sales force in the assigned region/country; Work on the translation and adaptation of clinical content for new portfolio initiatives; Create and roll out of clinical education programs to drive confidence and skills of doctors; Develop Educational resources: copy writing, proof reading, agency briefing & development and new educational platforms – off & online; Collaborate with LATAM Professional, Local Market & Global Clinical Education teams to drive doctor engagement activities; Manage and maintain of existing and new education platforms; Manage and liaison with Invisalign International and national speakers; Oversee development of content of clinical training and evidence resources; Manage of backend processes to support effective implementation of educational; Support on clinical case studies, clinical presentations, publications and dissemination of new clinical research; Control Budget responsibility for clinical education activities; Build internal networks and drive effective collaboration with LATAM regional stakeholders – Sales, Clinical Advisors, Marketing; Build clinical & competence knowledge to inform broader LATAM marketing team; Develop and maintain relationships with speakers, customers and universities; Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise In this role, you’ll need … Hold a bachelor’s degree in in Orthodontia; 4-6 years of experience as orthodontist and/or ortho clinical education; Preference for candidates certified and experienced as Invisalign doctor; Soft skills: Strategic Thinker Highly Organized Action Oriented Takes initiative Results oriented Independent Task-oriented-Quick to respond Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer and computer organizational skills; LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in English plus local language (Spanish); Travel as required.
