Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMware engineer to join our team. As a senior systems technical support specialist, you will play a critical role in remotely providing support for server and storage equipment located at customer sites. Main Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise for computer environments and bridge the industrial and information technology paradigms. - Support modifying and maintaining Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory and Directory Services, and performance monitoring techniques on server software and hardware. - Manage a wide range of VMware products such as vCenter, ESXi versions 6.x+, HorizonView, vSAN and experience managing these environments in a production environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, computer programming or similar. - VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) preferred. - A minimum of 3 years' experience as a VMware engineer. - Proficiency in VMware associated programs and coding languages, such as Windows Server, MS IIS, SAN/vSAN architectures. - Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware solutions and related technologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude. - Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
