Role Overview This position is fully remote. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for our partner agencies. You’ll be responsible for crafting strategies, analyzing performance, and ensuring exceptional ROI across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of marketing professionals while directly impacting the success of our partner agencies and their clients. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage paid ad strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs. Create compelling ad copy and oversee the development of creative assets. Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to internal teams and agency partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid ads strategies with overall marketing goals. Qualifications 4+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency or similar environment. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working remotely and independently in a virtual environment. Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization strategies. A self-starter attitude with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus. Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns effectively. Familiarity with other platforms such as YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting strategies.
