We seek a junior professional (with 1-2 years of experience), bilingual (Spanish-English), residing in Cali, responsible for managing talents and clients, developing projects, and co-creating successful campaigns. WHAT YOU WILL DO: ACCOUNT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Act as a liaison between clients, talents, and creative teams. Build and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Present proposals and follow up on offers and ongoing projects. PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGEMENT Develop and implement efficient work plans and processes for creative projects. Estimate and manage resources, budgets, and timelines to meet deliverables. Oversee project progress until completion. STRATEGY, QUALITY & INNOVATION Define and assess the quality of deliverables, ensuring creativity and impact. Identify opportunities to optimize agency’s internal processes. WHAT YOU NEED: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media Communication, or related fields. 1 or 2 years of relevant experience. Reside in Cali, Colombia. Bilingual in Spanish and English; proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar). Ability to manage projects, influencer marketing, suppliers, and clients. Budgeting and planning skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
