Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar) The Qualifications We Seek High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 or 3-5 years of experience English proficiency at B2-C1 level Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles preferred Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus Your Daily Tasks Data Entry Input alphanumeric data from source documents into designated databases or electronic files Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries by reviewing and verifying information for errors or discrepancies Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality Data Validation and Cleansing Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity Identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies in entries Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity Document Management Organize and maintain electronic and physical files containing records Update and edit existing records to reflect changes or corrections Adhere to document retention policies and confidentiality requirements Quality Assurance Conduct quality checks on entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards Review and verify data against source documents or reference materials Document and report quality issues or anomalies for resolution Timely Delivery Meet productivity and accuracy targets for tasks Prioritize and manage workload to complete assignments on time Communicate with supervisors or team leads regarding challenges or delays Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency Propose and implement improvements such as automation or standardization initiatives Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance workflows Communication and Collaboration Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues Collaborate with departments or stakeholders to meet data entry requirements Provide feedback and suggest improvements for procedures and systems About the Client Our client, Neighborhood Loans, is a nationally recognized mortgage lender founded in 2009.
