Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of the country strategy in alignment with the Divisions and Country MD. Support the development of competitive strategies and generate competitive intelligence for the corporation. Lead analysis and evaluation on strategic projects focused on growth, cost savings, and productivity improvements. Develop and design implementation plans to drive execution. Contribute to the GEA planning process by creating actionable, fact-based strategic plans and supporting division plans. Assess GEA’s portfolio for opportunities to drive growth and value through resource allocation, innovation, and M&A. Provide strategic guidance on market trends and the competitive landscape to GEA and division leadership. Partner with business leaders to develop market entry, growth, and portfolio strategies. Define and oversee the strategic planning process, including long-range planning and strategy reviews with the Board of Directors. Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market plans to generate revenue. Build and maintain relationships with customers across industries and stakeholders to maximize market access. Support marketing strategies aligned with global and local guidelines. Collaborate with all functions and divisions. Work directly with the CMD to support daily routines and strategic initiatives. Live the company values and demonstrate leadership behavior. Participate in budgeting and forecasting at country and division levels. Ensure compliance with policies and laws, and follow governance models. Coordinate and monitor projects and programs, supporting planning, prioritization, and collaboration. Serve as a primary contact among divisions, functions, and the CMD, facilitating communication and coordination. Assist in preparing presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences. Keep the CMD informed of urgent and priority issues. Perform various support duties, including scheduling, documentation, and special projects. Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. MBA or postgraduate studies in Strategic Management, Competitive Intelligence, Project Management, or Data Analytics (preferred).
