Hiring Department The Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders Job Description The Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders is pleased to announce the opening of two part-time Clinical Psychotherapy positions. These positions will perform client assessments and psychotherapeutic services for the Center's patients and their families, with flexible work hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group psychotherapeutic services for children and families. Assess ongoing needs of therapeutic services and recommend programming to leadership. Implement clinical workflow initiatives. Assist with training clinical students as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and support staff. Document patient care accurately and in accordance with policies. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The university will not sponsor employment visas for this position. Shift Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in social work, mental health nursing, counseling education, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Missouri licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, or Certified Clinical Specialist in Mental Health Nursing. At least one year of clinical therapeutic experience in a medical setting. Three years may substitute for licensure, with at least one year post-master's.
