You will guide a team of accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring accurate and timely financial services. Responsibilities: Team Management: - Lead & Develop: Motivate and coach team members, conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings. - Recruit & Onboard: Hire new team members, train direct reports. - Performance Management: Conduct reviews, implement improvement plans, ensure work completion. Client Management: - Engagement Oversight: Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. - Workflow Optimization: Improve accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reports. - Strategic Support: Provide financial insights, assist in software selection, and mentor clients. Accounting Services: - Process & Compliance: Manage accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence. - Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements for clients. - Budget & Expense Management: Oversee budgets, expenses, and perform bookkeeping duties.
