About the Role: As our Digital Paid Media Specialist, you will manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your responsibilities include defining strategies, setting budgets, building audiences, launching and optimizing campaigns, automating via scripts, and reporting performance to clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding ROAS and CPA targets monthly. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Budgeting Define objectives, KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR), and budget allocation per funnel stage. Manage monthly and weekly ad spend across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Adjust pacing and bids daily for optimal ROI. Campaign Setup & Management Create Search, Display, and Video campaigns in Google Ads; campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads. Configure conversion tracking, pixels, and events via Google Tag Manager and Facebook Conversions API. Develop and refine audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors. Automation & Optimization Write and maintain Google Ads Scripts for bid rules, pausing underperformers, and spend alerts. Conduct weekly A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences; implement the best performers. Monitor key metrics and optimize at least 90% of active campaigns weekly. Reporting & Insights Create dashboards in Looker Studio linking Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics. Provide weekly progress reports and monthly detailed analyses with actionable insights. Assess campaign impact on digital footprint and brand perception. Client Communication & Partnership Serve as the main contact for paid media clients, responding within 24 hours. Present results, insights, and plans during weekly client calls. Document processes, changes, and learnings thoroughly. Skills & Experience Required: 2–3 years managing paid media campaigns with monthly budgets of at least USD 10,000, especially for B2B clients. Certifications: Google Ads Search or Display, Meta Blueprint (Media Buying). Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Conversions API, Google Ads Scripts, Looker Studio, and GA4. Strong Excel/Sheets skills for analysis and spend modeling. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills under deadlines. Experience with ClickUp, Clockify, and Google Workspace.
