With a strong portfolio of projects spanning multiple regions and business units, our Project Management Officers play a key role in shaping the delivery of these projects across the organization. We are seeking a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) who will be responsible for establishing and promoting the use of standard project management methodologies, tailored to our technological and operational needs. Responsibilities - Develop and implement project management processes and procedures aligned with Thales' internal standards and best practices. - Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. - Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager to prioritize projects, allocate resources efficiently, and analyze risks to ensure alignment with company objectives. - Establish quality standards across all projects and support internal and external audits by verifying compliance with established project management processes. - Provide training and development for project teams to equip them with the necessary skills to ensure project success. - Collaborate with PMOs across other regions and business units to share knowledge and best practices. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO) or similar roles related to project management. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMBOK, and PRINCE2. - Hands-on experience with project management software and familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms. - Ability to analyze data and produce performance reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and others. Requirements - Colombian citizenship or work permit. - Hybrid role, office based in Bogotá. - Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).
