What The Day Will Look Like The Rewards Manager will lead our initiatives in the HSA - Hispanic South America sub-region. Responsibilities Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and aligned with market trends. Collaborate with local human resources teams to adapt strategies to the specific needs of each country. Analyze market data and conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the competitiveness of our offerings. Manage the compensation and benefits budget, optimizing resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local and corporate compensation and benefits regulations. Provide advice and training to managers and employees on reward policies.
