As part of the Customer Success Group, this role is integral in delivering innovative experiences that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities - Participate in shaping the future of Experience Design at Salesforce by defining and creating UX concepts based on thorough end-user research. - Prepare and facilitate workshops, audits, and client interviews to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing. - Develop clear strategies from insight to action to produce effective outputs such as personas, journey-maps, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and wireframes. - Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale effectively through verbal and visual presentations. - Create prototypes that demonstrate experience concepts and contribute to building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders. - Respond positively to shifting priorities, demands, timelines, and team strategy while participating in an interdisciplinary team. - Collaborate with remote and international team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. - Represent Salesforce's vision and values by ensuring all necessary certifications and coursework are met for the Experience Design group. - Stay up-to-date on our platform and its benefits, differentiators, and value proposition to customers.
