As a Senior Manager of Architecture on the CALA AD&C team reporting to the Director of Architecture, you will execute the Architecture process across Hilton's brand portfolio in the Caribbean and Latin America. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Oversee the pre-signing phase for new construction and reuse of company-managed, franchised assets, and new opportunities within the Hilton Brand Portfolio. This includes close collaboration with Regional Development leadership and maintaining a commercial focus in diverse environments. Collaborate with Project Management & Design Leads to guide the architectural development of projects, ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards. This includes handing over the project post-signing and supporting plan and specification reviews, as well as periodic site visits. Provide technical expertise by reviewing site plans and architectural drawings within project lifecycle. Create customized area programs for Hilton brands to serve as the foundational guide for project teams. Prepare internal and external reports as required. How you will collaborate with others: Partner with Development to develop and implement fire life safety strategies for conversions, reuse, and new construction projects. Collaborate with Ownership, AD&C Leadership, and Corporate Stakeholders to align projects with brand standards, fire life safety requirements, and broader strategic objectives. Advocate for architectural priorities in cross-functional meetings, offering expertise on project-specific challenges and regional initiatives. What projects you will take ownership of: Manage the architectural project lifecycle across brands, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and fire & life safety local codes and regulations. Lead strategic planning and coordination efforts for the Architecture team, aligning hotel development projects with company goals, managing communication with both internal and external stakeholders. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: Eight (8) years of architectural experience. Five (5) years of experience as an architect in the hospitality industry. Proficiency with Bluebeam Revue for architectural document comparison, management, and collaboration. Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish. Travel 40% or more. It would be useful if you have: A track record of successful project delivery. Experience in Luxury Hospitality Design and Hospitality Programming. Experience in AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese.
