Sales Area Manager for South Spain's Flow Division We are seeking an experienced Sales Area Manager for our Flow division in South Spain. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of pumps and have a proven track record in capital goods sales. He or she will report directly to the Business Line Manager in Italy. Make a Meaningful Impact - Achieve sales targets for the designated area and individual dealers/end-users by following Business Line strategies. - Develop a distribution network comprising specialist dealers and rental companies. - Increase market share through direct sales to customers. - Territory management is essential. - Generate leads and conduct market analysis to identify potential segments for product promotion. - Stay up-to-date on products and sales strategies. - Establish partnerships and manage agents for consistent order flow. - Present sales materials and train partners on new products and sales tools. - Collaborate with local service colleagues for aftermarket activities. - Work with marketing to enhance brand communication and generate leads. - Provide management with feedback on market needs and competitor products. - Competence Development is crucial. - Reporting is essential. - Record daily sales activities and leads. - Utilize CRM for reporting and tracking opportunities. - Analyze the sales funnel. To Be Successful, You Will Need - A high school diploma or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; electrical, electrotechnical, or mechanical engineering is preferred. - Proven experience in high-value technical sales. - Strong Spanish language skills and good English proficiency. - Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, C4C, and SAP is a plus. - Be proactive, resourceful, and willing to travel (70% of the time). - Develop strong communication and presentation skills.
