Job Description Policy Compliance: Be aware of global and local policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance with our processes. Internal Monitoring: Perform periodic internal monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. Risk analysis: Identify and evaluate risks to processes, proposing strategies to mitigate them. Reporting: Prepare reports or briefings, with analysis and information required for stakeholders to support business decisions. Project Management: Coordinate and lead area projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of planned results. Goal setting and KPIs: Support the team with the definition of clear goals and establish key performance indicators to evaluate the performance of the processes. Training: Provide training to employees on policies or processes to encourage compliance. Coordination with external audits: Collaborate with external auditors during audits to ensure transparency and accountability. Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve day-to-day issues, identifying effective solutions. Process optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes under your responsibility and lead initiatives to optimize efficiency. Stakeholders' management: Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders such as employees and suppliers. Qualifications University degree in Finance, Administration or related areas. Experience in leading and managing projects / processes Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose solutions. Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and other stakeholders Ability to adapt to handle multiple countries and regulations.
