Colombia Full-time Description TripleTen is a global online bootcamp dedicated to empowering individuals to master tech professions regardless of their prior experience. We specialize in software engineering, data analytics, data science, and QA engineering, providing accessible training to help individuals secure new opportunities in the tech industry. We are currently seeking a Partnership executive to join TripleTen LATAM . Our main goal will be to develop payment methods for our customers by developing existing and finding new financial providers in each of the countries in Latin America where we are operating. What you will do Identify, prospect from scratch, and coordinate partnerships with companies, NGOs, and organizations to provide: i nternships, externships (real projects without employment contracts), j ob placements, webinars with industry professionals, mentorships, career talks, and networking sessions Create and maintain an up-to-date database of partners, job openings, events, and career development opportunities. Work closely with the Career Success team to promote student participation in these experiences and provide appropriate follow-up. Collaborate in the planning and execution of employability events (e.g., talent fairs, company talks, expert panels). Document processes, insights, and outcomes to scale best practices regionally. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in business development , strategic partnerships, or corporate relations—preferably in the education or tech industry. Prior experience in academic partnerships, internship coordination, employability, or career services. Deepunderstanding of the tech job market—or willingness to learn quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills with external stakeholders. High level of proactivity, organization, and results orientation with a human-centered mindset. Project management skills to lead partnership initiatives from outreach to execution. Experience in educational institutions, bootcamps, non-profits, or social impact organizations is a strong plus.
