The ideal candidate is a hands-on change managementprofessional who excels in managing change efforts within projectsand workstreams, focusing on the human side of transformation. Youwill work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensureeffective change execution, process optimization, and employeesupport throughout the transformation journey. Key responsibilities - Develop and implementChange Strategies: Support the execution of change initiatives onprojects, including digital transformation, process improvements,and cultural shifts. Translate high-level strategies intoactionable change plans. - Hands-On Change Execution: Implementchange efforts by engaging directly with teams, facilitatingworkshops, managing timelines, and addressing risks, issues, andchallenges within projects. - Human-Centered Change Management:Conduct stakeholder analysis to assess impact and design strategiesthat engage, support, and guide employees through change. - ManageChange within Projects and Workstreams: Oversee change effortswithin individual projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment withbroader business objectives. - Change Readiness and ImpactAssessments: Conduct assessments to evaluate organizationalreadiness, identify risks and barriers, and develop mitigationstrategies for smoother adoption. - Communication and StakeholderEngagement: Collaborate with Communications Leads to developcommunication plans tailored to diverse audiences, ensuringtransparency and engagement. - Learning and Capability Building:Work with Learning & Development Leads to support trainingprograms that equip employees with the necessary skills forsuccess. - Monitor and Optimize Change Efforts: Track progressagainst change management goals, adjust strategies as needed, andgather feedback for continuous improvement. - Global TeamCollaboration: Partner with global teams to ensure effective changemanagement practices across different regions and teams.Qualifications and skills - Proven experience in managing changemanagement initiatives, with a focus on process improvement andorganizational transformation. - Ability to manage cross-functionalteams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Strongunderstanding of process improvement methodologies and workflows. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience inmanaging change initiatives and training programs. - ChangeManagement Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus. -Personal qualities: Hands-On, Collaborative, Empathetic,Results-Oriented, Resilient, Detail-Oriented.
