Zipdev is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and drive our client organic social media content strategy. This person will be responsible for growing our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn—with a strong focus on short-form video content . We're looking for someone with a proven track record of building or significantly growing a brand's social media presence—especially on Instagram. A strong portfolio or case studies will be key. This role is an even mix of strategy and execution —you'll be planning content and also hands-on creating it. Requirements Responsibilities Develop and execute our organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging across platforms. Edit and produce short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar. Transform raw footage, UGC, and branded assets into compelling, high-performing content. Stay up to date with social trends, platform features, and cultural moments to fuel content ideas. Write sharp, engaging social copy that supports messaging and drives clicks. Track and analyze content performance and use data to guide future content decisions. Requirements: Have 2-4 years of experience managing and growing brand social accounts, with a strong portfolio showing performance and growth. Know Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts deeply—from algorithms to editing styles and content trends. Are skilled in video editing and comfortable working with both polished and lo-fi creator-style footage. Are a great storyteller, both visually and in writing, with the ability to match a brand's tone of voice.
