Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting or related role. - A strong interest in learning about recruiting, particularly in technical fields. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to learn and use various recruiting tools and platforms. - Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
