**Location**: On-site, CC Mayorca, Medellin **Schedule**: Monday to Friday - Full time **Reports to**: Human Resources **Job Purpose**: To ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards in occupational health and safety within Blackstone Medical Services. The role promotes a preventive culture that guarantees the physical and mental well-being of all employees and requires the ability to effectively communicate in English (B2+ level) with national and international teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Implement, maintain, and update the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) in accordance with current regulations and internal policies. - Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to prevent incidents. - Lead training sessions, talks, and health promotion and risk prevention activities. - Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on action plans. - Investigate incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses, preparing detailed reports in both English and Spanish. - Submit periodic reports to local and headquarters management. - Ensure alignment with international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001). - Act as the communication bridge between the local team and international stakeholders on safety and health matters. - Keep all mandatory SG-SST documentation up to date and coordinate audits. **Education**: - Professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Valid SST license (per local regulations). **Experience**: - Experience working with international teams is a plus. **Languages**: - English - B2+ level required (ability to discuss technical topics, draft reports, and present findings in English). **Technical Knowledge**: - National OH&S; legislation. - ISO 45001 standards. - First aid, ergonomics, and psychosocial risk prevention. - Proficiency in reporting tools and safety management software. **Skills**: - Strong communication. - Leadership and influence. - Detail-oriented. - Autonomous and proactive.
