Salesforce Developer A highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team of experts in building and delivering digital solutions for top global companies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce applications using Apex programming language, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages. - Design and implement dynamic user interfaces that meet the needs of our clients' diverse business requirements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Maintain and improve existing Salesforce systems, resolving complex technical issues and contributing to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team. Requirements: - 4+ years of professional Salesforce Development experience. - Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous operations. - Expertise in building dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, role hierarchies, object relationships, sharing rules, and limits. - Proven experience working with Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and Git-based CI/CD tools like GitHub and Bitbucket. - Hands-on experience with tools for Salesforce such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins, enabling automated testing, deployment, and release management across environments. - Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. - Forensic attention to detail. - A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. - Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
