Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist We are seeking a talented financial expert to shape the organization's financial future. This role involves supporting strategic planning and budgeting processes, collaborating closely with senior leadership to develop comprehensive financial plans that align with the organization's goals. You will be responsible for conducting various enterprise-wide financial activities, including budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making by senior management. Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills are required to build a strong network and work across various teams and levels. - Assist in developing overall MYP and Budget strategy, content development, and coordination with finance and business teams. - Support the implementation of a comprehensive budget & MYP process framework, including timelines, templates, and guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Support the volume planning process and act as volume planning coordinator within multiple teams, BUs, and senior leadership during budget & MYP cycles. - Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate the financial implications of strategic initiatives. - Provide analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies. - Act as an advocate and role model for understanding overall P&L; structure with a clear view and understanding on revenue, cost, and overhead drivers across multiple products and BUs. - Develop and maintain a broad network throughout the global finance and business teams, serving as a point of contact with other teams to facilitate seamless communication and information exchange.
