The Role: Prototype UX Designer We’re looking for a Prototype UX Designer who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments — someone who can turn raw insights into elegant, testable user experiences. You’ll work side-by-side with researchers, product thinkers, and startup founders to create rapid prototypes that get real-world feedback fast. Beyond UX flows, you’ll help shape the visual identity of new ventures, design compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders, and support marketing materials that help teams go to market with clarity and confidence. This is more than a design job — it's a chance to help launch the next wave of impactful startups in Latin America. Key Responsibilities: Prototype Development Translate user research and concepts into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes. Use low/no-code tools (Figma, Framer, Webflow, Glide, Bravo Studio, etc.) to build interactive experiences. Collaborate in real-time with researchers and product leads to iterate quickly and test often. Brand & Visual Identity (Secondary Focus): Help early-stage ventures craft a distinct and cohesive visual language. Create lightweight identity systems including colors, typography, and logo concepts. Develop basic brand guidelines for consistency during incubation and early growth. Design pitch and check-in decks that clearly communicate product vision, user insight, and progress. Bring storytelling and visual flair to presentations that win internal support and external funding. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design — ideally in fast-moving startups or venture studios. A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to move from idea to high-fidelity prototypes with speed and precision. Strong command of Figma; bonus points for Framer, Webflow, or other interactive tools. Experience working with researchers and iterating based on user feedback. Visual storytelling skills that shine in decks and brand development. Bonus: Experience in marketing design, growth teams, or early-stage brand building. Design social media visuals, one-pagers, landing pages, and other assets to support early traction. Apply UX thinking to growth and content design.
