We're seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise sales and closing complex deals . You’ll not only lead by example—owning and closing high-value opportunities—but also help shape our revenue strategy and outbound motion alongside GTM leadership. Responsibilities
Drive pipeline generation and close enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR) Align with Marketing and Product on messaging and GTM execution Manage and coach AEs through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Analyze sales metrics and deal performance using Salesforce and Gong.io Partner with Revenue Leadership on strategic growth initiatives Contribute to building a scalable sales infrastructure
What You Bring
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years managing deals and reps Strong background in complex, multi-touch enterprise sales cycles Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io) Strategic mindset, with an eye for opportunity and team enablement Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
