We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to build and lead our Business Automation hub in Colombia. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling automation capabilities across the organization and shaping the future of how we automate processes globally. You will lead a growing team of automation engineers, RPA developers, and solution architects, collaborating with senior stakeholders across business units, IT, and operations to deliver transformative, data-driven automation strategies. Responsiblitie · Build, lead, and scale a high-performing business automation team in Colombia. · Own the automation roadmap for global process transformation initiatives, aligning with strategic business goals. · Serve as the primary point of contact between local teams and global automation leadership. · Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact automation opportunities across departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, etc.). · Drive end-to-end project delivery using a structured framework (discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring). · Guide architectural decisions across platforms such as Salesforce, UI-Path, Power Automate, and Python-based automation tools. · Establish and enforce standards around development, security, documentation, testing, and governance. · Mentor team members and cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. · Track and report on KPIs, business value, and ROI of automation initiatives. · 7+ years of experience in business process automation, enterprise systems, or software development. · 3+ years in a technical leadership or senior management role overseeing automation or engineering teams. · Proven expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, UI-Path, Power Automate, and scripting languages like Python. · Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and reengineering methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). · Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across time zones. · High-level English proficiency is required – you must be comfortable communicating with executive stakeholders and writing documentation in English. · Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions to business goals. Preferred Qualifications · Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect). · UI-Path Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certifications. · Background in fintech, ecommerce, gaming, or high-growth technology environments. · Familiarity with data platforms and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). · Experience building new teams or delivery hubs from the ground up.
