Base pay range About the client: Our client, a personal injury law firm based in the U.S., is seeking a Legal Clerk to join their dynamic team. The firm handles a high volume of legal matters and values professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in supporting its legal operations. About the role: Our client is seeking a Legal Clerk , fluent in both Spanish and English, who will assist the legal team by answering phone calls and supporting administrative duties between calls. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced legal environment. Law Firm Experience Is Preferred, Not Required. What You’ll Be Doing: Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally. Assisting with clerical duties such as data entry, document formatting, and file management. Manage and update calendars with appointments, deadlines, and case events. Providing excellent customer service to clients and legal partners. Regularly check court websites for updates and update case tasks accordingly. Provide general administrative support to the litigation team. Who We’re Looking For: 1+ year of experience in administrative support. Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office productivity tools. Legal experience preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
