Responsibilities - Collaborating with the Delivery Operations team to analyze data, extract insights, and optimize processes. - Contributing to key projects aimed at enhancing delivery efficiency and courier experience. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Assisting in implementing new strategies. Qualifications - Passion for learning. Business, Economics, Engineering or any related bachelor's degree. - Knowledge and interest in analytics and programming (Python, SQL, R, etc) Excel. - Creativity: Use creative approaches to solve complex issues and use data driven thinking to back those ideas. - Proficiency in English & Spanish.
