Job Description In this critical role at Auxis LLC, you will be responsible for the administration, management, and maintenance of various technologies. This includes Windows servers, M365, Manage Engine, Rubrik, Zoom, GoAnywhere, and VM environments. Your work will also encompass system software and related infrastructure, including Active Directory environments. Furthermore, you will participate in technical research to drive innovation within the infrastructure environment. Key Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or equivalent work experience is required. - Minimum 6 years of experience with Microsoft domain networks. - Extensive experience with server hardware design and best practices. - Experience with Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP, Sites, and Services), Microsoft 365, Zoom, VMware, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Manage Engine, Windows 10/11. - Proven ability to install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and desktops. - Experience issuing, revoking, and renewing digital certificates. - Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation of repetitive tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT/Ops, Customer Support, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders. - Cloud environment management experience in Azure or AWS environments a plus. - Knowledge of ITIL standard practices and procedures a plus. - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Self-driven individual with a willingness to quickly learn new technology and expand their skill set.
