JOB SUMMARY: Be part of a fast moving product development organization. Lone Wolf is looking for a Recruiter to support our Colombian office. What will you do? Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates. Sourcing and Screening: Identifying and contacting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal networks. Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are available. Candidate Evaluation: Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for the role. Offer and Onboarding: Coordinating with hiring managers on offers of employment, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive experience and build a strong talent pipeline. Strategy and Reporting: Participating in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, and providing reports on recruitment metrics Education: Technology or Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, HR or Related.
