Job Description As a Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with payout partners across the Americas and the Caribbean. You will act as a subject matter expert for your assigned markets, ensuring a best-in-class service experience for clients. Your efforts will focus on improving service quality, reducing costs, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: 1. Support the execution of partnerships global strategy to deliver a best-in-class payout proposition. 2. Manage overall relationships with existing payout partners, acting as the main point of contact between partners and diverse teams to facilitate business. 3. Support the creation and execution of a pipeline of new partners and products to improve Mastercard's proposition. 4. Act as a SME for assigned markets, identifying risks and business opportunities, and sharing market practices and trends with the team. 5. Support regional teams to increase revenue and payment volume into the assigned region. 6. Increase Mastercard's profitability through pricing negotiations and proposing process efficiencies to reduce costs. 7. Serve as the main escalation point for resolving issues from partners affecting Mastercard and clients. 8. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies throughout all phases of partner relationships. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to take accountability and drive results with passion and aptitude. - Strong business development and negotiation skills. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. - Experience in the payments industry. - Motivated by a fast-paced environment, with a reputation as a subject matter expert, connector, and leader. - Results-oriented, solutions-focused, with strong business acumen and a sense of urgency. - Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
