Responsibilities • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications. • Configure SAP for transport order management, carrier selection, charge calculation, freight settlement, and transportation planning and execution. • Integrate SAP with SAP ERP ECC, EWM, and other related modules. • Support end-to-end transportation processes, including order management, routing, scheduling, transportation costing, and invoicing. • Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. • Work on performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as supply chain, logistics, and IT.
