A U.S.-based travel agency specialized in cruise packages and complementary services (like car rentals, hotels, and more) is looking for new talent in Barranquilla. If you’re passionate about customer service and the travel industry, this might be the perfect fit! 🎯 What will you do? You’ll speak with package sellers to review sold bookings, verify commissions, and provide outstanding customer support. ⸻ 🔹 Position Details: * Channels: Inbound calls, chats, and emails * Possibility to rotate between lines of business depending on your profile and performance * Location: Barranquilla * Work modality: Hybrid (based on performance) * English level: Intermediate to advanced ⸻ 🔹 Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * University students or recent graduates (students must be available for night shifts only) * Call center or customer service experience (3+ months is a plus) * Willingness to work rotational shifts after 6 months ⸻ 🔹 Salary: * Training (40 hours): $2,207,738 COP * Operations (40 hours): $2,453,043 COP ⸻ 🔹 Schedules: * Training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (weekends off) * Operations: Base schedule 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with 2 days off
