Learn more at www.hbfuller.com . Responsibilities Perform daily general inspections of critical equipment. Conduct pre-operational inspections before equipment start-up. Carry out planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Perform mechanical reforms and assemblies as required by processes, following the team’s prioritization. Promote proper use and functioning of tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Attend assigned service orders. Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes by suggesting changes to reduce time, waste, and increase productivity. Ensure proper shift handover, communicating pending processes. Prepare and send shift reports to the maintenance team. Record interventions in the equipment’s maintenance history. Log all activities in the maintenance software. Participate in and pass company-sponsored training courses. Report any changes in production equipment to Quality Management and Manufacturing. Participate in equipment validation processes. Know the location of safety data sheets for chemicals handled. Report needs for supplies, spare parts, and tools to the supervisor. Assist with other functions as necessary. H.B.
