Position Title: .NET Engineering Lead Location: Remote - Colombia What you will be doing: As a .NET Engineering Lead, you will lead the development of robust software solutions, ensuring high-quality code standards, scalability, and innovation. You will drive technical design, oversee architecture decisions, and mentor the team to maintain engineering excellence. Your focus will be on building cloud-based applications using AWS and improving deployment and operational stability. Key responsibilities include: Lead technical design and architectural decisions. Oversee the development of scalable, maintainable code. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Drive improvements in development processes, ensuring technical standards are met. Build and maintain cloud-based applications, focusing on best practices for deployment and operations. Implement DevOps practices to enhance stability and reliability in production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Manage and guide a team of engineers, supporting their growth and engagement in projects. Requirements & Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: 6+ years of advanced experience in .NET Development, focusing on C# and .NET Core for web applications and microservices. Extensive experience with AWS Serverless services, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3. Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs. Strong expertise in developing cloud-based applications, leveraging AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3. Experience with Docker for containerization. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance. Experience in automated testing frameworks (NUnit, Moq). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead technical design discussions and make critical architectural decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desired Skills: Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IAC) practices using Terraform (intermediate level). Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. Familiarity with GraphQL APIs for flexible data-fetching queries. Experience with Azure DevOps for build and release pipeline management. Familiarity with additional AWS services such as RDS, CloudFront, and CloudFormation. Strong understanding of advanced DevOps practices and tools.
