We’re looking for a dynamic Agile Software Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead delivery across multidisciplinary engineering and product teams. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and harness AI tools to optimize workflows, automate reporting, and enhance visibility across squads. Location : Bogotá, Colombia – Hybrid Language Requirement : English (C1+) – Mandatory What You’ll Do Agile Facilitation & Delivery Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Remove blockers and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Partner with Product Owners to maintain actionable, prioritized backlogs Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture Agile Coaching & Enablement Coach teams in Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Promote ownership, transparency, and alignment across teams Support OKR alignment and scaled Agile practices AI-First Project Management Automate Jira workflows and backlog grooming with AI agents Generate live sprint and project reports using AI summarization Create dashboards for real-time squad performance tracking Implement AI-driven retrospectives, risk prediction, and delivery forecasting Metrics & Performance Track velocity, burndown, cycle time, and other Agile metrics Identify risks and improvement opportunities through analytics Coordinate across global stakeholders for seamless delivery What You Bring 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Software Project Manager CSM, SAFe, or other Agile certifications Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jira automations, AI agents) Strong facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills English fluency (C1+) Nice to Have Experience in scaled Agile or Agile transformation initiatives Technical background in software engineering, QA, or product management Knowledge of OKRs and delivery-to-outcome alignment Why Join Us?
