Job Title: Sr. Manager, Training & Quality Job Description The Sr. Manager, Training & Quality oversees Training & Quality Managers and assures that processes consistently meet both external and internal client expectations. The Sr. Manager is responsible for the execution of responsibilities within the department, including data analysis, measurement reviews, reporting, and providing improvement recommendations for the Client and Operations. Must be capable of managing operations across more than one country. Responsibilities include: Leading reporting to senior management for strategy formulation and informed decision-making. Setting tactical and operational plans to achieve short to medium-term Quality Compliance goals. Developing and managing processes, standards, and plans to ensure effectiveness of quality processes and sustain performance improvements. Reviewing quality data to ensure products and processes meet regulatory standards. Implementing quality control and continuous improvement processes to maintain training content and delivery mechanisms. Collaborating with business leads to align training programs with critical business priorities.
