Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Product Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all airfreight operations activities, including file management, documentation, system updates, operational finance, and proactive communication with customer service teams. Owns All Airfreight Operations Activities: Post-booking file management, documentation, system updates, operational finance, and proactive communication with customer service teams in case of exceptions. 2. Support Customer Service Teams: Resolve customer queries and handle exceptions efficiently. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree: International Business, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or Logistics. - Experience: 5 years in air freight and customer service, with over 2 years in team leadership roles focused on performance improvement. - Language Skills: Advanced English level. - Perishable Management Experience: A plus. - Industry Knowledge: IATA regulations, airway bills, cargo handling procedures, ULDs, and customs documentation. - Skill Sets: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, ability to adjust to rapidly changing airline schedules, weather disruptions, or client needs, process-driven, customer-oriented, able to thrive in a team environment, and proficient in MS Office tools.
